Tämä asia on nenäni edessä, mutta liian harvoin pysähdyn sitä todella katsomaan, miettimään ja arvostamaan. Se on jotain niin kaunista, että välillä en edes pysty ymmärtämään miten tämä kaikki on mahdollista. En tiedä mistä ja miten se tuli, enkä oikeastaan kaipaa siihen vastausta. Tiedän vain, että maapallo jossa elämme on kuin siunaus meille kaikille, ketkä saamme täällä asua.
Otin nämä kuvat kesällä. Minun olisi täytynyt kirjoittaa tämä teksti heti sen jälkeen, sillä muistan tunteeni, mutta niiden kirjoittaminen jälkikäteen on paljon vaikeampaa. Olin hämmästynyt ja lumoutunut. En pystynyt ymmärtämään miten aurinko ja vesi saavat aikaan jotain niin upeaa. Näin upeita iltoja ei tietenkään joka päivä saa kokea. Tämä ei kuitenkaan ollut ainoa hetki kesällä, kun sain tämän lumoutuneen tunteen. Myös auringonlaskut ja -nousut, sade, sininen taivas, luonto ja monet muut asiat ovat ihmettelemisen arvoisia. Toivonkin osaavani tulevaisuudessa pysähtyä aina välillä miettimään kuinka onnekas olen, että saan elää täällä.
The mesmerising world
This thing is right in front of me, but I watch, think and appreciate it way too rarely. It's something so beautiful that sometimes I can't even understand how it all is possible. I don't know how and from where it came and I don't actually need an answer to that. All I know is that the world is like a blessing to everyone who gets to live here.
I took these photos in the summer. I should've written this text right after it, because I remember my feelings but writing them down afterwards is much more difficult. I was amazed and mesmerised. I couldn't understand how the sun and the water can create something so wonderful. Of course you don't experience nights like these every day. But this wasn't the only moment during the summer, when I got the mesmerising feeling. The sunsets and -rises, the rain, the blue sky, the nature and many other things were also worth of wondering. I wish that in the future I will stop once in awhile to think about how lucky I, and we all are, that we get to live here.
